Refund Policy

1. Digital Product Policy
All Cryphoria products are digital-only (e.g., downloadable wallpapers, PDFs, memberships).
Once the download link or access has been delivered, the sale is final.
Because digital products cannot be “returned,” we do not offer refunds after the purchase has been completed and access provided.
2. Exceptions
Refunds may be granted only in the following cases:
The file is corrupted, incomplete, or defective.
A technical issue on our side prevents you from accessing your purchase.
Duplicate payments caused by system error.
In these cases, please contact hello@cryphoria.io within 14 days of purchase, including your order number and description of the issue.
3. Membership Subscriptions
Memberships (e.g., “CryptoScreen Membership”) are billed monthly.
You can cancel your membership at any time before the next billing cycle.
No partial refunds are issued for unused membership time once the billing period has started.
