4. Prices and Payments

You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information and authorize Cryphoria to charge your payment method for the purchase.
5. Delivery of Digital Products
After successful payment, you will receive an instant download link on-screen and/or via email.
Membership customers gain access to a dedicated member area or email delivery according to their subscription plan.

6. License and Usage Rights
All digital content provided by Cryphoria is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.

7. Refunds and Cancellations
As all products are digital and instantly delivered, refunds are generally not available once the download link or access has been provided.
Exceptions apply if the purchased file is defective or inaccessible due to an error on our side.

8. Subscriptions and Memberships
Memberships (e.g. “CryptoScreen Membership”) are billed on a recurring monthly basis until canceled.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard or by emailing hello@cryphoria.io.
Upon cancellation, access to members-only content will end at the close of the current billing period.
9. Intellectual Property
All content available on Cryphoria.io — including images, graphics, texts, layouts, and designs — is owned by Cryphoria or licensed to Cryphoria.
Any unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is prohibited.
10. Limitation of Liability

Cryphoria is not responsible for problems due to outdated devices or unsupported software.
